SCS SB 1304 -- SPECIAL ALLOCATION FUND

(VETOED BY THE GOVERNOR)

This bill allows any district providing emergency services to be
reimbursed from the Special Allocation Fund for at least 50%, but
not more than 100%, of the district's tax increment.
